Class Schedule

Attending Classes


Arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time and silence cell phones

Wear comfortable clothing. Feet are bare for yoga practice

Refrain from eating 1 1/2 to 2 hours before practice.

Yoga mats and props such as blocks, mats, blankets and straps are provided, but we recommend bringing your own yoga sticky mat to class

Please refrain from wearing fragrances


*If you have cardiovascular disease, a recent surgery, stroke or heart attack, high or low blood pressure, pregnancy, glaucoma, retinal detachment, epilepsy, asthma, psychiatric condition, or any other physical or mental health condition or concern that might effect your participation in class, please ask your doctor if exercise and breathwork are safe for you.


Wednesday Yoga 5:00pm - 6:30


YOGA FOR LEVEL 1 & 2, good for beginners and seasoned practitioners. In this class you will learn the Amrit Method of Yoga to refine, build and strengthen your foundation in an authentic yoga practice. The Amrit Method will encourage you to explore the deepest levels of body, mind and spirit with the integrative practices of clear intention, breath, meditative awareness, and conscious integration. You will learn to balance your nervous system with the "first half" and "second half" of a posture, where you learn to go from an active state of "doing" a posture, to a relaxed state of "being" and feeling the effects of a posture. We will work with the Amrit posture sequence and posture holding times, as well as gentle vinyasa "flow" sequences.

Thursday's                                                                The Joy of Breathing  5:00 - 6:15pm              Full-wave & Wim Hoff breathing

Experience the benefits of pranayama breathwork with the Wim Hoff and Full-Wave breathing Methods. These powerful techniques assist in awakening a deeper, more integrated conscious connection with body, mind, heart and spirit. These sessions are designed to take you into deep, meditative states of awakened consciousness where you access greater Self-awareness, gain mental clarity, a sense of inner peace and joyful presence. You will learn how to use breath and intention to align with your highest Self and highest potential in joy, love and mastery, all while experiencing your ability to energize, oxygenate, relax, detoxify and heal your body at a deep level.

The "joy" breath sessions are enhanced with music and vocal toning, culminating in a deep and blissful meditation experience. Please bring a blanket and small pillow to class. All are welcome.

The full-wave breathing technique is a very dynamic way of getting oxygenated blood into your system in a quick and efficient way. Health wise, the increased oxygen the body receives can have immense benefits. In my case, I no longer take blood pressure medication. While there were several factors involved of course, the full wave breathing class was an important one.  It's also a very relaxing and effective way to jump start into a restful and peaceful meditative state. My meditative practice has been greatly aided by full wave breathing.

Saturday Yoga 9:30am-11:00 (level 2 & 3)


For students who maintain a consistent yoga practice, have a strong foundation in the basics, and possess a higher level of strength and flexibility for more precise alignments. Class includes more challenging postures, posture flows, longer holding times, and a more in-depth study of the Amrit Method and Yoga Sutras, including the anatomy of the energy body (prana body), pranayama (breath/energy work) and meditation (dhyana). At this level you are developing a deeper, more integrated body, mind and soul awareness. Please contact instructor before attending class.
